Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, days shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistance to residents in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting.
- Support the implementation of individualized treatment plans under supervision.
- Assist with patient assessments and documentation of progress.
- Collaborate with the therapy team to promote residents' functional independence.
- Contribute to a safe and positive environment for residents and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) or assisted living/independent living settings preferred.
- Ability to work 8-hour day shifts.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a CCRC, SNF, or AL/IL setting.
- Certification in CPR or BLS.
