Job Title
• Therapist - Occupational Therapist

• Streator, IL
Schedule / Job Type
• PRN (as needed), 13-week duration or longer, guaranteed 35 hours per week, days shifts, 8-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to clients in need of rehabilitative support
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy activities and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist
• Relevant experience in clinical or outpatient settings preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous PRN or variable schedule experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
