Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shift, 12.5-hour shifts, weekdays and weekends as scheduled

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population in a busy ER setting
• Utilize EPIC charting system to document patient care and procedures
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and administer treatments in accordance with medical protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians, mental health teams, and law enforcement to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain safety and infection control standards, including adherence to dress code (scrubs: Caribbean Blue)
• Attend and actively participate in mandatory orientation sessions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Strong assessment skills and ability to work well under pressure

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with mentally ill patients and behavioral health units
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with a variety of healthcare professionals
