Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, rotating shifts, outpatient dialysis
Key Responsibilities
- Administer dialysis treatments to patients in a clinical setting.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Document patient care and treatment details accurately in electronic health records.
- Float as needed to satellite facilities to support staffing needs.
- Participate in holiday coverage as required, working 2 out of 4 major holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid nursing license registered in the state of Vermont.
- Current AHA BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, preferably with dialysis or outpatient care.
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records within the past 2 years.
- Reliable transportation; personal or rental vehicle with all-season tires preferred during winter months.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in outpatient dialysis.
- Flexibility with schedule to work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts as needed.
- Ability to adapt to floating between multiple facilities.
