Job Title

• Full-time / Day shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed, primarily during daytime shifts
• Manage an average of 12-14 patient visits per day, including follow-up appointments and possibly double-booking patients
• Collaborate with clinic staff and utilize outpatient experience to deliver effective treatment plans
• Float between clinics as needed to ensure patient care coverage
• Ensure productivity expectations are met by maintaining a steady patient flow

Required Qualifications
• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to work daytime hours and handle a busy schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient settings
• Familiarity with patient productivity standards and managing multiple appointments
• Willingness to float between clinics as needed
