Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre- and post-procedure care for patients undergoing endoscopy and GI procedures in a hospital setting.
- Assist healthcare providers during endoscopic and GI interventions, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Document patient assessments, procedures, and outcomes accurately in compliance with facility policies.
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient care.
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols, including necessary certifications and licenses.
- Attend orientation and training sessions including Epic and facility-specific procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license for Kansas or a Compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Prior pre- and post-anesthesia care (PACU) experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- GI and Endoscopy pre/post-procedure experience.
- Experience in a hospital environment with a focus on endoscopy or GI procedures.

Additional Details
- Length of assignment: 13 weeks.
- Hours per week: 40 hours (Day shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM).
- No weekend rotation, holidays not required, and no on-call duties.
- Flexibility for one shift cancellation per 2-week pay period at no cost or pay reduction.
