Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, permanent, in-center dialysis position with flexible shifts (AM/PM), working any day Monday through Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of dialysis treatments and monitor patient care outcomes
- Provide patient education and support throughout treatment sessions
- Supervise and collaborate with Dialysis Technicians and the healthcare team
- Adjust treatment plans based on standing orders and patient needs
- Administer medications and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Washington State Board of Nursing or a Multi-State Compact license
- Current CPR certification with Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, with previous dialysis experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in acute or ambulatory nursing settings
