Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy interventions to improve patients' mobility and function
• Monitor and document patient progress and report to supervising therapist
• Support patient education and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment
• Participate in patient assessments and contribute to treatment adjustments

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant preferred
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a healthcare facility or outpatient setting
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Familiarity with patient record documentation systems
