• Rotating shifts / 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Utilize electronic medical records and medical equipment such as Pyxis, wound vacs, chest tubes, NG/G-Tubes, trach care, and PICC/PORT placements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess patient needs and deliver appropriate interventions.
• Adhere to protocols for patient safety, infection control, and clinical standards.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing department-specific training.
• Maintain flexibility to work various shifts, days, and units as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Hawaii Registered Nurse license (must be obtained prior to start date).
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required, up to 10 years preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must be fully vaccinated against influenza or have a facility-approved exception for medical or religious reasons.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in LTC or SNF settings.
• Ability to float to Medical-Surgical or Pediatric units as needed.
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR and nursing equipment.
