Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients according to physician orders and treatment plans
- Assess patient needs, develop customized treatment plans, and track progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes using electronic health records
- Float within scope to support different units or facilities as needed
Required Qualifications
- SC state license or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist license at start of contract
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in hospital-based outpatient rehab settings
- Flexible and adaptable to different clinical environments
