Full-time, day shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a Level I Trauma Center and teaching hospital setting
- Administer medications and monitor patient progress according to hospital protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately using electronic health records
- Respond to patient needs and ensure safety and comfort throughout shifts
- Adhere to hospital policies and maintain professional standards at all times
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in South Carolina or a Multi-State/Compact license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a medical surgical setting
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, including holiday rotation
- Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs, including between like units/sister facilities
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a Level I Trauma Center or teaching hospital
- Strong clinical knowledge in orthopedic and urology patient care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
