Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, nights shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week, 26 or 13-week assignments, start ASAP

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive respiratory care to adult and pediatric patients in a level 2 trauma hospital
• Administer various RT therapies including NIV, high flow oxygen, nebulizers, nitric oxide, and specialized ventilator management
• Manage ventilators such as Draeger, Servo-I, 3100A/B, and Jet ventilators in NICU, PICU, and adult ICU settings
• Ensure patient safety and quality care through critical care and trauma experience
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a magnet-designated, level II trauma facility
• Maintain documentation and compliance with hospital protocols

Required Qualifications
• Valid licensing or certification as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT or equivalent)
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of critical care and trauma experience
• NICU or PICU experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible within scope as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with open heart surgery patient care is a plus
• Familiarity with advanced ventilator management and neonatal/pediatric respiratory therapies
