Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care using the nursing process.
• Supervise and delegate appropriate tasks to co-workers to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders.
• Document nursing assessments, care plans, and interventions thoroughly, clearly, and legibly.
• Communicate pertinent patient observations and changes to physicians promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and properly stocked environment to support effective patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid nursing license to practice in Ohio.
• Associate degree in nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous nursing experience is preferred.
