Key Responsibilities
• Assist surgical teams by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
• Ensure the sterile field is maintained during surgical procedures
• Support surgical staff with patient positioning and supply management
• Follow safety and infection control protocols to ensure patient and staff safety
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the surgical area

Required Qualifications
• Prior experience or training in a surgical or medical technician role (preferred)
• Knowledge of sterilization techniques and surgical procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with safety standards
• Basic understanding of medical and surgical terminology

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Certified Surgical Technician or related certification (preferred)
• Experience working in a hospital or surgical center setting
• Ability to adapt to various procedural requirements
