Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgical teams by setting up and sterilizing operating rooms and equipment.
• Prepare patients for surgery, including reviewing medical history and assisting with initial procedures.
• Maintain sterile environments and ensure all surgical instruments and supplies are ready and properly handled.
• Support intraoperative procedures by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field.
• Assist with patient recovery post-surgery, monitoring vital signs and ensuring patient safety.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing staff to ensure smooth surgical operations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid SC or Compact Surgical Technology license.
• BLS certification.
• Radiation badge as required by the parent company.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience supporting surgical procedures in specialties such as Orthopedics, Interventional Radiology, or Gastroenterology.
• Well-rounded knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations and multiple surgical specialties.
