Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and their families.
- Use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition promptly.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment through professional communication and conflict management.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records and participate in ongoing education.
Required Qualifications
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Minimum of two years of ICU experience.
- Experience working with a young ICU team preferred.
