Key Responsibilities
- Operate as a Cath Lab Tech with experience in cardiovascular procedures such as heart catheters, pacemakers, PCI, and peripheral interventions.
- Assist with procedures on the cardiovascular unit, ensuring patient safety and accurate documentation.
- Utilize Philips and GE equipment within a hospital setting, following unit-specific policies and procedures.
- Maintain patient care standards, with patient ratios of 1:1, and adhere to hospital guidelines.
- Support documentation and scheduling requirements using the XPER system.
- Follow dress code and unit policies, contributing to a professional and safe environment.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) with cardiovascular specialty experience.
- Certified in BLS and ACLS.
- Proven experience performing cardiovascular procedures such as L and R heart caths, pacemakers, PCI, peripheral, and minimal IR.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment with attention to detail.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a Cath Lab or EP lab setting.
- Familiarity with Philips and GE imaging equipment.
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular procedures and patient care protocols.
