Key Responsibilities
- Provide mental health therapy and support to clients in various settings
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in case reviews and supervision sessions
Required Qualifications
- Valid social work license (LCSW or equivalent)
- Proven experience in mental health therapy or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Prior experience in outpatient or community mental health settings
