Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Schedule / Job Type
- Night shifts, full-time, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical and telehealth unit
- Float to other units as needed based on skill set
- Cover weekend shifts as required
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor and assess patient condition, reporting changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry units
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Ability to float between units as needed
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
