Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
- Monitor patient health, record vital signs, and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Comply with all healthcare regulations and facility procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts and stay alert during long hours.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a nursing home or SNF environment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
