Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative care to patients.
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic exercises under supervision.
• Monitor patient progress and report back to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and responses.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
• Support the health and well-being of patients through compassionate care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state-specific Physical Therapy Assistant license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and instructions precisely.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• COVID-19 testing within 72 hours prior to start date with results issued within 48 hours prior.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in skilled nursing facilities or similar settings preferred.
• Recent graduates accepted.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols.
