Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy assistance to home health patients in accordance with physician orders.
• Manage a caseload of 4-5 patients daily, delivering personalized care aiming for 27-30 productivity points.
• Visit up to 6 patients per day, maintaining 1:1 patient ratios, with occasional travel within a 100-mile radius.
• Document patient progress and treatment details accurately using provided systems, ensuring timely reporting.
• Communicate effectively with the care team to coordinate patient care and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Travel has minimal windshield time due to coordinated client grouping; travel logistics are supported.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent skilled PTA experience (must have been within the last 3 years).
• Valid physical therapy assistant license in Washington State or a compact license.
• BLS certification.
• Own transportation to fulfill travel requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Home health experience preferred; inpatient experience not accepted.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
