Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient dialysis care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Float between multiple campuses as needed, including outpatient dialysis units.
• Set up, operate, and tear down dialysis machines, ensuring infection prevention standards are maintained.
• Manage adult patient populations with fistulas, grafts, and catheter care, adhering to scope-of-practice regulations.
• Document patient care and machine setup in EPIC EMR system, with experience within the past 2 years required.
• Ensure all work history details are complete, including facility type and bed count, and explain employment gaps over 90 days.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license on file at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of dialysis experience.
• Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• EPIC EMR experience within the last 2 years.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule with availability to start within 2 weeks.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certification in CNN or CBN preferred.
• Experience with Fresenius dialysis machines, IV pumps, and adult patient care.

• Candidates must have reliable transportation, as public transit is not accessible in the area.
• Vehicles are recommended to be equipped with all-season or snow tires during November through April.
• This position involves a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

• Dialysis techs cannot touch catheters; RN staff will manage catheter patients.
