Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, shift-based (Days), 36–40 hours/week, no block scheduling, no call, no holiday requirements, weekend rotations (1 in 4 weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate in the operating room setting
• Provide patient care during surgical procedures
• Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient OR operations
• Maintain documentation of procedures and patient details

Required Qualifications

• Valid Delaware or Compact RN license in hand with license number and expiration date
• Clear communication of RN license # and expiration date
• Full Social Security Number, date of birth, and current address necessary for compliance
• Minimum of 2 years of OR experience, specifically in scrub and circulate roles
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, acuity-adjusted environment
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in multiple OR areas or specialties
• Ability to adapt to float assignments within different units

• Float to areas within acuity as needed
• Interview process includes Voice Advantage Interview plus Nurse Manager screening
• Bi-weekly start dates, with an average onboarding time of 4-6 weeks to complete compliance
