Key Responsibilities
• Scrub and circulate in the OR setting
• Provide specialized nursing care for surgical patients
• Ensure compliance with all safety and procedural protocols
• Collaborate with surgical teams to deliver quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Required Qualifications
• Valid Delaware or Compact RN license in hand
• RN License number and expiration date
• Listing of all certifications with expiration dates
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the operating room specialty, with travel experience preferred
• Previous experience scrubbing and circulating in the OR (no exceptions)
• Full SSN, date of birth, and address required for compliance
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with diverse surgical procedures
• Ability to adapt to various unit needs within acuity zones
