- Days shift, 8.5 hours per shift, 7 shifts per week, full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing patient care plans
- Support patients with rehabilitation activities to improve their daily living skills
- Document patient progress and communicate any changes to the supervising therapist
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid NM caregiver certification or license
- Prior experience or certification in occupational therapy assistance preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with diverse patient populations in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
