Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient mobility and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of West Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and patient care protocols
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in outpatient or inpatient settings
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
