Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed Occupational Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans.
- Provide therapy services to patients under supervision, focusing on improving their functional abilities.
- Support documentation and progress tracking of therapy sessions.
- Adhere to clinical guidelines and safety protocols during patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a similar outpatient or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
