Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Provide advanced respiratory care and management to adult patients in a busy hospital environment
• Operate and monitor a variety of respiratory ventilators and high-flow oxygen devices
• Perform all respiratory therapy procedures including intubation, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, and airway management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

Required Qualifications
• North Carolina Respiratory License
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications

Preferred Experience / Skills
• NRP and ACCS certifications are a plus
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a critical care setting
• Comfortable with a wide range of respiratory equipment including GE R860 ventilators and Vapotherm devices

Note: This is a travel assignment working three nights per week at a leading Asheville hospital, with a focus on adult respiratory care. Candidates must hold a valid North Carolina Respiratory License and RRT certification.
