Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, day shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Serve primarily as the Circulating RN in a hospital setting with 4 operating rooms
- Assist with perioperative nursing duties during surgical procedures
- Provide recovery care for patients post-surgery
- Support a variety of surgical cases including orthopedic, general, podiatry, and cataract surgeries
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and effective operative procedures
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in an operating room setting preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- Strong patient care and surgical support skills
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques and perioperative procedures
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in orthopedic or outpatient surgical environments
- Certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR) is a plus
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced surgical environment
