Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 3 shifts per week, Days

Key Responsibilities
• Perform general nursing duties including assessments, developing care plans, medication passes, ADLs, charting, and patient education.
• Utilize equipment such as EPIC electronic charting and medication systems.
• Provide care in a Medical Surgical unit with a bed capacity of 22 beds.
• Maintain nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 to 6.
• Adhere to dress code: Caribbean Blue.
• Attend required system orientation and unit-specific training prior to starting.
• Work 12-hour shifts, every third weekend, and ensure coverage for each shift.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• No minimum years of experience required; prior Medical or Surgical experience preferred.
• Competency in using electronic medical records such as EPIC.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a Medical-Surgical setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
