Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, days, 8-hour shifts, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities
• Provide therapeutic services to pediatric patients within a mental health and wellness center.
• Conduct assessments, individual sessions, family therapy, and group therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and nursing staff.
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans using Cerner system.
• Adhere to unit-specific policies, safety protocols, and dress code requirements.
• Participate in daily treatment team meetings and support patient care objectives.

Required Qualifications
• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Licensed in North Carolina as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
• Certifications: CPR (CPI), BLS.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a mental health or pediatric inpatient setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a pediatric psychiatric or mental health setting.
• Familiarity with Cerner documentation system.
• Strong assessment and family engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
