Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing therapy services to patients
• Develop and implement therapy plans under supervision
• Conduct patient assessments and document progress
• Support patients in therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• State licensure or registration as required by Maryland regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of therapeutic protocols and documentation procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in rehabilitation or outpatient therapy settings
• Familiarity with Pediatric or Geriatric populations (if applicable)
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
