Job Title

- Cody, WY
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, day shifts, primarily outpatient settings with evaluations and treatment in ACU, LTCC, and outpatient clinics
- Potentially includes home health visits (to be determined)
- 1 shift per week
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and provide therapeutic treatments in outpatient and inpatient settings
- Manage patient care in ACU, LTCC, and outpatient clinics
- Possibly perform home health visits as needed
- Document assessments and treatments using electronic medical records
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapist license in the state of Wyoming or applicable state licensure
- Experience with outpatient therapy, evaluations, and treatment planning
- Proficiency with electronic medical record systems (EPIC & Net Health)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior home health experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong documentation skills and patient care focus
