Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, days shift, 35 hours per week, 5 days a week, with weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients under licensed supervision
- Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, and functionality
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the healthcare team
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Relevant certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a SNF or long-term care setting
- Knowledge of rehabilitative and therapeutic techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
