Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistance to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Support therapy programs and treatment plans under supervision
- Assist with patient assessments and therapeutic activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification
- Ability to work 8.5-hour daytime shifts
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care
