Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, focusing on sports and orthopedic cases
• Evaluate patient progress and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly
• Manage a caseload averaging 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits
• Document patient treatments and progress thoroughly
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed
• Willingness to accept new graduates and first-time travelers
• Must have a strong work ethic and ability to handle a productivity standard of 60 visits per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in sports medicine or orthopedic therapy highly desirable
• Ability to adapt to a flexible working environment with float capability to other clinics
