- Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonatal intensive care patients, including assessments, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Administer medications and treatments following proper protocol, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
- Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care plans accurately.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on care needs and procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes, reconciling clinical practices with standards and protocols.
- Maintain competency by completing onboarding and annual training requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in Texas or a compact license.
- BLS certification (American Heart Association).
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
- STABLE (Post-resuscitation/Pre-transport Stabilization Care of Sick Infants) certification.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in a related specialty preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Recent practice in a Perinatal or Neonatal Intensive Care setting.
- Perinatal RN Residency experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex clinical situations.
