Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for Med/Surg patients on a 30-bed unit.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and timely.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license.
- 1+ year of Med/Surg nursing experience, preferably in a Level 1 trauma or mid-large hospital setting.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Positive attitude and punctuality.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience caring for a diverse patient population.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
