Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine therapy services.
• See approximately 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Manage clinical duties with double-booking of follow-up visits as needed.
• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with facility protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are welcome.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week; overtime must be approved by management.
• Willingness to work in a floating capacity is not required.
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine experience.
• Previous outpatient outpatient care experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to different clinic settings if needed.
