Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic patients.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits.
• Double-book follow-up appointments to maximize clinic efficiency.
• Work up to 40 hours weekly, with 36 hours guaranteed, pending director approval for additional hours.
• Ensure productivity expectations of 60 patient visits per week are met.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license or PTA license in the state of Washington.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Ability to work full-time, including working up to 40 hours per week.
• Must be able to work dayshift hours, 8-hour shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduate or first-time traveler accepted.
• Experience working in outpatient orthopedic clinics.
• Willingness to float to other clinics is not required.
• Prior experience with patient follow-up and double-booking is a plus.
