Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with an 18-bed capacity
- Administer medications and monitor patient status
- Perform surgical assessments and post-operative care
- Educate patients on discharge instructions and health management
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Proficiency in medication administration and clinical assessment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with NG tubes, feeding tubes, Foley catheters, and surgical drains
- Wound care experience
- IV fluid and medication administration skills
