Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 13-week travel assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to oncology patients in a hospital setting during night shifts.
• Administer chemotherapy and other treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient condition and perform bedside assessments.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Follow hospital policies and safety protocols, including bedside shift reports and hourly safety rounds.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical work experience, preferably including oncology.
• Experience administering chemotherapy and managing oncology patients.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a travel assignment.
• Strong patient assessment and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital oncology unit.
• Familiarity with Meditech or similar documentation systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with patient education and supportive care in oncology settings.
