Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform assessments
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Float to nearby facilities as needed, ensuring continuity of care
- Comply with all safety and regulatory standards, including required certifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of travel ER nursing experience (no exceptions)
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC certifications required
- Ability to work every other weekend and 2 of 3 major holidays
- Must be able to float to nearby facilities when needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in high-volume emergency departments
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
