Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with radiation oncologists and medical physicists to develop treatment plans for patients.
• Calculate and generate precise radiation dose distributions to optimize patient outcomes.
• Use specialized imaging and planning software to create and review treatment fields.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in all planning activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans and related records.
• Support the radiation therapy team in delivering patient-centered care.

Required Qualifications

• Certification or licensing as a Dosimetrist or equivalent.
• Experience with radiation treatment planning software.
• Strong understanding of radiation physics and dosimetry principles.
• Ability to interpret medical imaging and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical oncology setting.
• Familiarity with Prisma Health protocols and floating policies.
• Knowledge of safety standards related to radiation therapy.
