Job Title

- Days, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry setting
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changing conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of West Virginia
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry nursing
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Strong patient assessment and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Prior experience in a hospital setting preferred
