Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed.
• Treat an average of 12-14 patients daily, with double-booking of follow-up visits as needed.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Attend sessions and coordinate care plans under the supervision and approval of the director.
• May float to other clinic locations to assist as needed.

Required Qualifications
• Valid physical therapist license in the state of Washington.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new graduates considered.
• Ability to work a standard 8-hour day.
• Willingness to float to other clinics as needed.
• Productivity of approximately 60 visits per week.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous outpatient orthopedic therapy experience is a plus.
• Experience working with a diverse patient population.
• Ability to multi-task and manage a busy caseload effectively.
