Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, outpatient therapy, days

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a productivity target of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with clinic staff and follow treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with facility standards.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work full days of 8 hours, with up to 40 hours guaranteed weekly.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• Flexibility to work across multiple clinics if needed (though float to other clinics is not required).
• Experience with patient documentation and therapy planning.
