- Full-time, 13-week contract, Day shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide preoperative nursing care to patients within the outpatient surgical setting.
- Assist with patient assessments, education, and preparation for procedures.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth patient flow and safety.
- Document patient information and care plans accurately.
- Adhere to all safety and clinical protocols, including BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preoperative surgical nursing setting.
- Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Current BLS certification.
- NIHSS and ACLS certifications are required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital or outpatient surgical center.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
