Registered Nurse - Operating Room
Location: Lawrenceville, GA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shifts (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating room.
• Assist with pre-operative assessments and preparation of patients, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Support surgeons and surgical teams during neuro and orthopedic surgeries, including robotic-assisted cases when needed.
• Maintain sterile techniques and ensure adherence to infection control protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any intraoperative changes.
• Document patient care and surgical procedures accurately in compliance with hospital policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Expertise in neuro and orthopedic surgeries, including experience with robotic-assisted procedures preferred.
• Ability to adapt and be versatile in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with complex neuro and orthopedic cases.
• Prior travel nursing experience and flexibility to work seasonal holidays.
